tried to get information about a specific truck twice through the Carfax link but was never contacted. Then went directly to the dealers site and finally got a reply after my second try. Vehicle was priced $1800 more at the dealership than what was list at Carfax. And the person that replied to me couldnt spell or write in any manner that was understandable

They helped us look for a good loan on our okay credit. If you are looking for an inexpensive vehicle, and worried about what issues it may have, you will get an honest evaluation at Boise Auto.

The car fax was- scam and so was dealership. The vehicle has bent frame and junked. Air bags dont work. Hate this dealership and super unhappy with car fax

Hi there, I believe you are the customer who placed a non-refundable deposit on a truck and then when you were unsatisfied, we refunded you in good faith. I believe all of your allegations were based on a previous accident noted on the Carfax. The truck was actually repaired very well, the frame was inspected (and is within factory specs), and the airbags work fine. (When the Carfax says "airbags did not deploy" it means that the accident was too minor for the airbags to be triggered, it does not mean that they don't work. Every time you start the truck, the computer does an airbag system check and it functions exactly as expected. I'm sure sorry we weren't the right dealership for you. Best of luck to you!
