I've been leasing a truck from Good Brothers for over 30 years now! I've shopped their number around a couple of times to see if I was getting a decent deal, and almost every time, no other dealer came close! Even after playing the, "Let me see what my manager can do game!" These days, I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else! Unless I was buying a Ferrari!

Service was good. Took my car in on time and serviced it in a reasonable time period. Crazy expensive though. $250 for a full synthetic oil change and an air filter. I'll go back but will look for a coupon or a sale. I like the people there, especially John the service manager.

GOOD BROTHERS DODGE OFFICE MANAGER Tuesday April 29, 2025 To whom it concerns, On Wednesday, April 16, 2025 I had a scheduled service appointment for First a.m.. I arrived at the dealership at 10:30 in the morning. For the items I requested to be diagnosed and given the multitude of them to be fair to the technicians, I rented myself a vehicle for the week from enterprise Rent-A-Car. One week after leaving my vehicle with your service department I received a call with a voice message stating my truck had not been looked at yet and probably will not be gotten to until the following Monday. Line items 1,2,5, and 6 able to be resolved rather quickly as far as diagnosis is concerned. One of your service representatives , called me, and informed me that there was work to be done on the gas tank involving a strap on one side of the vehicle, which would be covered under recall. I authorize this work. I also asked if there was any assistance with the rental that I am obligated to and in need of as I am a father of busy children, and as a father, these were safety concerns to me. I was told there's no reimbursement or assistance with the rental car. And then was informed that there was also an issue with the rear half of the gas tank strap. And that this would be an additional cost of $220. I told John the service representative that I needed to understand where we were at with the prior request that I had submitted and then specifically regarding the radio infotainment system I needed to remove it due to the software update locking out and discharging two AGM batteries both bought brand new so I asked that this radio be reinstalled and the software be programmed correctly again not a difficult task and I still have not heard back. We are on two weeks now. This is borderline reckless for any business in my opinion. Please contact me at your earliest convenience to discuss how we may resolve this issue and when I can have my vehicle, returned to me if you are unable to complete the work or even start something after the appointment has been scheduled it is in the best interest of both parties to be informed. I have included a copy of my initial request for your review Good Bros Dodge Ram 577 Columbian Street Weymouth, MA 02190 Subject: Vehicle Safety and Performance Concerns Request for Service Review To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally request a thorough inspection and evaluation of my vehicle due to multiple concerning performance and safety issues that may relate to previously issued recalls and known defects. I have compiled the following issues, each of which appears to correlate with National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) campaign numbers and known recall alerts. 1.Truck Rolls After Park is Engaged Resembles NHTSA Campaign #13V128000 Concern: Vehicle may roll after shifting into park; possible failure of the parking brake system. 2.Rear Driveshaft and Axle Assembly Concerns Requesting inspection of rear driveshaft and rear axle for potential structural or mechanical issues. Possibly related to Safety Recall V83 / NHTSA 19V-596. 3.Vehicle Stalls in Drive or at Stops Periodically NHTSA Campaign #18V524000 (PCM Voltage Regulator issue) 4.Window Defrost Malfunction and Moisture Buildup on Windshield Creates significant visibility concerns. Resembles NHTSA Campaign #13V170000 (FMVSS 103 compliance). 5.Radio Software Issue NHTSA Campaign #15V461000 Possible malfunction related to infotainment or communications software. 6.Turn Signal Malfunctions NHTSA Campaign #13V27000 7.Steering Concerns Potentially loose steering box or jam nut issue. Request inspection for loose or compromised steering components. These issues, some of which pose significant safety risks, appear to align with existing or historical safety recalls. I request that your service department perform a comprehensive inspection to verify whether these concerns fall under applicable recalls or service bulletins and to ensure the safe operation of the vehicle. Please contact me at your earliest convenience to arrange an appointment. I would appreciate confirmation in writing regarding which of the above items will be addressed under warranty or recall. If there are defects found, and are not to be repaired under the recall, please state why? PLEASE REQUIRE AUTH. FOR WORK. Thank you for your prompt attention to these important safety matters.
