All the guys that work here are very caring and help explain what's needs to be done. The best part is they take pictures to show you what is wrong with your vehicle. That way you see what's wrong instead of taking someone's word of what might be wrong at other shops and getting ripped off cuz I am a woman. Thanks Anthony and Corey! My car drive Great!

Love the wY they take pictures of the issues you have. That way if you get a second opinion the other shop can't lie to you like they often do. Staff is polite & Curtious. Golden rule is honest & doesn't try to charge you for unnecessary parts. They are my go to for brakes shop. TY Golden Rule. SERENA & DAN KING

Easy to schedule appt. Clear assessment with pictures sent via text and I was able to authorize repairs from my phone. My Jeep was ready in a reasonable amount of time. Friendly service. Will recommend and use their services again when needed.

Went in for a brake inspection. Prompt service and came up with a prioritization list which show a ball joint issue and shocks were a bigger issue.

Super, very timely service. The staff explained my car's needed repair and possible cost range. As it turned out, the repairs were at the lower end of the quoted range. What a wonderful surprise!! I will be recommending Golden Rule Brake every chance I get.

Corey was very professional, knowledgeable, kind, patient and fair. I had a bad situation with my brakes and he was fabulous, and didn't even charge the full amount quoted. I would have preferred to have the repair there, however he explained to me why it had to go through the dealer. I will definitely recommend and go there again if needed.
