All the guys that work here are very caring and help explain what's needs to be done. The best part is they take pictures to show you what is wrong with your vehicle. That way you see what's wrong instead of taking someone's word of what might be wrong at other shops and getting ripped off cuz I am a woman.

I had them do a thourough check of my brake system due to the milage on my car. They checked that and several other things and found them to all be well except for normal wear and tear. No cost for the check up. You can't beat that.

Over $300.00 less than the dealer. They found several things that the dealer didn't and took pictures of everything. The dealer had to order parts but Golden Rule was able to do the repair the same day.

Love the wY they take pictures of the issues you have. That way if you get a second opinion the other shop can't lie to you like they often do. Staff is polite & Curtious. Corey was very professional, knowledgeable, kind, patient and fair. I had a bad situation with my brakes and he was fabulous, and didn't even charge the full amount quoted. I would have preferred to have the repair there, however he explained to me why it had to go through the dealer. I will definitely recommend and go there again if needed.
