I liked that Ann the service writer was able to secure a sedan loaner for me so my wife would be able to get into one . An suv that was readily available would have been a hardship for her to ride in since she has a disability. I didn't like that sedans for a loaner were scarce in such a large dealership.

Dropped the car the night before. They pulled the car right into the service area. They called at 8:30 am and checked with me what I needed to have done and proceeded to repair the check engine light.
