Even though you have to make an appointment, they got me right in. They always check out all aspects of the vehicle and let me know if anything is needed or if there may be something that might be needed at my next appointment, but never push for additional sales. Everyone is very polite and professional and answer any questions I have.

I went in to get my oil changed and my tires rotated. Because of their loyalty program, my oil change was free and after inspection of the tires, they determined my tires didn't need to be rotated at this time, so a free visit. This is one reason I keep going back to them every time--they're honest about what needs to be done and/or replaced, not just pushing for a sale.

Very reasonable princess. Friendly and professional. I came here for a noice that I noticed. Took it to serval shops around but no one seemed to know where it came from. The vehicle is starting easily after being out of the garage for a couple days. Waiting to make sure vehicle battery can't hold its charge. So far all is well and go Automotive did a great job.
