Sold the car to them out right without buying a car from them since I had already ordered a truck that was arriving from a different dealer and Global Mini offered us more to buy it than the dealer we ordered the truck from. Negligence and lacking in accountability on top of it. First time and never again. The call with the service manager made it worse. New to town and had hoped for the best with a simple tire and rim fix, added on advised brake flush, went to pick up a car that had a drained battery. Finger pointed to 3rd party vendor but did not take the time to confirm that. Mansplained me about "facts" and trickle chargers but didn't bother to check their own facts before connecting with me the client. Wont be back.
