Terrible communication. Body was repaired but none of the mechanical issues had been fixed. Inner and outer tie rods had to be replaced plus several other components. Vehicle felt unsafe to drive but wouldn't recommend taking it back to this location

Negligence and lacking in accountability on top of it. First time and never again. The call with the service manager made it worse. New to town and had hoped for the best with a simple tire and rim fix, added on advised brake flush, went to pick up a car that had a drained battery. Finger pointed to 3rd party vendor but did not take the time to confirm that. Mansplained me about "facts" and trickle chargers but didn't bother to check their own facts before connecting with me the client. Wont be back.
