The positive: they were able to identify what was wrong with my car after the dealership in East Brunswick couldn't the two times I took it there for the same issue. The negative: my service agent was extremely unresponsive and had to be followed up with in person numerous times in order to get something done. He did the bare minimum, which made this an overall bad first experience.

Took in for a "recall" inspection. Car passed without need for remedy - and was ready within 4 hours (we dropped and picked up). Informative and knowledgeable customer service advisor. Very happy that what the vehicle was taken in for was done immediately / same day. Communication was fast (via email) to let us know to return for pick up.

Terrible customer service.I brought the car for a check engine light and couldn't fix it due to the part not being available. I paid for the part to be ordered and brought the car home and there was a loud hissing sound. Apparently the mechanic did not re-clamp one of the hoses when they diagnosed the check engine light.

Had a problem with my car. Took it in they could not replicate the problem. They did not charge me anything and told me to bring it in if it does it again and they would send somebody out. There was no charge. Very nice people.

The service was excellent, my check engine light came on again, for the same issue I had several months ago. Service Representative, Johan, was great in setting up a loaner car for me. When the repairs were made, Johan drive my car to my house and picked to the loaner, saving me a trip. I just hope the same check engine light doesn't come on again, I'm losing my confidence in my Genesis GV70.

Would have been 5 stars except for the fact that when I arrived on the scheduled date of 9/3/25, I was told that there was no record of my appointment on that date. I specifically heard my wife schedule the service for the 3rd on the phone.
I was accommodated by "fitting me in" on the 4th.

Had an AC leak problem that water was leaking into the passenger seat floor.
Tech I dealt with told me it was a simple drain problem and saved me the cost of the diagnostic as it was clear to them what the problem was.
I am grateful for the honesty and integrity of Global staff.

Not happy. Did not tell the truth about what needed to be done to my car. I came for brakes. I was called and told I needed flushes that I already had with jeep 2 months ago... when I told him that, he said never mind. It was just a suggestion. Now, I don't trust them telling me what needs to be done. The just trying to make extra money off of me and they would have, if I didn't keep up with my own maintenance.
