Everyone was very friendly and the service was fast, but I was disappointed that the recommendations they gave me for my car's service were based on their system data and not on what my car actually needed. I had the cabin filter and transmission fluid changed two months ago, and they recommended these two things again based on their system.

The service was good. Just had a few questions after I left, sent an email and never received a reply. I didn't get the service checklist, which my husband and I like to review. And, my next service due sticker is for 5000 miles, which it's never been no more than 3,750.

Thé négligence and the poorly job done on my Nissan tire rotation was chocking to me. My tire broke down and flew out of the vehicle the VERY next morning after the tire rotation That grave mistake cost me $1100.00 to repair the whole tire. No accountability at all. As a Woman, I always think that Mechanics are taking advantage of Me. That's why I try to go to the Dealer Service Centers. I feel like I can trust their work. Brought car in for 37.5k maintenance schedule and to also check brake system do to resistance during braking. Mr. Dipping (Service Advisor) kept me updated on the cars status, the mechanic made necessary adjustments to rear brakes, checked hi voltage and low voltage systems and inspected all critical areas. My car was given a clean bill of health and the service was fast and the cost was fair and decent.

I only had my tires rotated at discount tire They did the worst job, the rifled through my glove compartment and trunk looking for the wheel lock. Once they found that they never put anything back in order, they didn't put adequate air in my tires. Really frustrated with them.

Hire Anna Holda Back ASAP! I want GM: John Wise to call me! I am beyond upset at the lack of professionalism! It was like walking into a college dorm with all the horse playing going on. Ignoring all customer and losing ppls keys. My car was dropped off at 7am and "finished" sitting in parking lot since 12noon. I was never called, so I just showed up at 3pm.
