I had a recall on my car and Frank the service manager was on top of it all from beginning to the end. He made sure my warranty was still good he told me the regular services that I needed and he didn't hold my car hostage. He is the best in the west. He is so professional and he doesn't make you feel like you're a customer but a friend. Thank you for always being nice..

At Glendale INFINITI they treated me with respect and kindness. I was greeted right away. My car was checked in and I was shown to their comfortable waiting area. My car was promptly serviced and I was notified by text at every stage. I was assigned a service agent who also kept me informed. My car was serviced and washed and returned to me in excellent running condition. I am very pleased.

during 60K inspection noticed drive belt was beginning to get worn, and notifified my wife, who was waiting in for car. Glendale Infiniti was able to replace the drive belt quickly in under an 1 hour and a half. Save me trip back for belt replacement.

$690 for labor to do a throttle boot cleaning is excessive. Charging a service fee to pay with a credit card, and not disclosing it until you are standing at the counter, is out of line with most businesses and makes the customer feel like they are being tricked.

The car was poorly detailed. Visible scratches inside the car. Issues were not addressed as promised by the car salesman that never showed up when I purchased this car. Waited a total of 2-3 hours at this facility.

The service was excellent. Everything was completed as requested and needed. I was even made aware of an upcoming service which would definitely need to be done at the next service. I appreciate that cause now I can set aside savings to pay for it. They provided an Uber lift back to my home and returned to pick me up when the work was done, so I wouldn't have to wait at the Glendale Infiniti service location which I really appreciated.
