I got a certificate that states that my plug in hybrid is now safe to charge again without fire risk. I hope so. It does not say what they did to fix the recall which was in effect for almost 6 moths before FCA/Stellantis determined what the fix is/was.

When I contacted the NHTSB they called Jeep and not only they had the part but could install lt right away.

Horrible experience the dealer mis advertised the price. They added over $4600 in fees what they call add ons ti the asking price. I was willing to pay the asking price no negotiation with tax & License. Disappointing because I had a wonderful experience with their sister store at Tracy VW in 2022. I will not recommend anyone to this store group association

The vehicle was priced at 39k. Apparently it had some mechanical issues but also had a "lifetime drive train warranty". After they finished the repairs they raised the price to 43k. So much for a warranty and/or the dealership actually doing their job. This dealership is basically a snake den.

Had oil, filter changed along with tire rotation. Cost was double from last year, over $400. After rotating the tires, the air pressure was not adjusted for the front and rear tires. I adjusted the pressure after getting home. Can't see how the tech checked off the checklist that the air pressure was in spec. This same incident happened last year. Will not be going back. Would love to have a conversation with the service manager.

ok. not very friendly, but professional. my radio was replaced but it is doing the same thing as the one that was replaced. The surge acceleration on 3rd and 4th gear was not addressed. i even called the manager of the dealership and was ghosted. i would never buy a car there again.

Service writer and cashier provided great service, was a great experience until it came time to pay the bill , They wanted to charge a 3% charge for using a credit card ., Cashier was embarrassed and offered to go to the General Manager to get it waived . How many customers do they lose that never complain just never come back over 3% ? . Very bad business practice .
