The customer service was great, good tires at a good price, but they do not wash the mud out of the rims before balancing. Thus, the new tires/wheels are not balanced after paying $80 for mounting/balancing. You cannot balance dirty rims.

I had to install my own tire because they did not receive one of my 4 I think maybe 1 person cleaned the 2 of 4 rims. Customer service was pretty good

Not sure they are the best for pricing. I purchased a cheap tire for $140.00 and came to Florida and was told I needed a second tire and was charged $89.00
