Consistent and timely service. This is a very reliable team and excellent place for tire rotation and alignment. I have been very impressed with their performance and commitment towards great auto maintenance. Point S changed over my tires for spring and replaced a wheel stud, only charging me for the stud but not the extra labor. I have been coming to this shop for 24 years, great leadership, friendly staff and great service.

Steve was great! Bought the truck in with an air leak on the left front tire. It was Labor Day weekend (Saturday). They were able to diagnose the problem (broken stem valve) and repair it the same day. He called to let me know when it was done. No charge as they are Goodyear tires. Pretty neat deal.

The thing I liked the most was the counter persons willingness to listen. I am not completely ignorant about cars and as it turns out I had correctly diagnosed the problem before I arrived. His willingness to listen saved the technician time and me money.

Someone had re-ended this car several months back and we finally got around to check its alignment. Everything checked out fine and we didn't even need to get it aligned! Also got the tires rotated and the oil changed, and the car ready for the upcoming rouch winter season we have.
