There was a mix up about when my car would be ready to drive out. The gentleman who handled this gave me the option of Gilman driving me home and picking me up to return when car ready. I did not do this. The waiting room is very comfortable. I was on my way as soon as the car ready. I even received a video from the mechanic that worked on my car. It was a good experience.

The task was to change the oil, rotate the tires and replace a warranty part which had been ordered and received. Oil and tire jobs done on time, but warranty part could not be found, requiring a later service date. The warranty replacement has been on the backlog for over a YEAR and now I will have to schedule again AND TRAVEL a an hour each way to accomplish the task. I'm not happy abou that!

My car always gets great work to keep it running smoothly. I would like it if the scheduled group maintenance included more work than just inspection. I also don't see many coupons to provide savings for large jobs for return and loyal customers. I will continue to use Gillman for all my car's maintenance just would like to see some savings through coupons that I don't have to dig for.

Austin, my service tech, was very knowledgeable and arranged for a loaner car as my 90,000 service was going to take a few days. He explained that he really wanted the car to have a thorough inspection so anything that needed to be addressed could be done before my 100,000 mile warranty expired. Very much appreciated this.

First time I wasn't satisfied. I double checked what actually was to be checked by the tech. Perhaps a page was missing on the standard checks but I didn't see it. No comments on worn tires, or a response to my specific request for a transmission fluid, and the air pressure was way off.

Service writer wasn't friendly nor did he keep me updated. My car had been done and in parked area for 30 min. I had to go ask then he took another customer over me because he was a cop. Little did he know I and a retired chief and knew the officer. Probably need to find another dealership

I did not notice this sign about a percent up charge when using a credit card. Had I read it I would have paid in cash, or carried a check. I felt a little violated that a percent was added on to my service bill. I understand why but that did not help my angst.

My service advisor, Jackie York, is excellent. Takes care of all my car needs. Comfortable waiting area. Work is done quickly and pretty much on time. The new video walk around inspection was very interesting. If I had one thing to change, have a different channel on the TV in the waiting area.

I was told it was the A/C blower motor, took 5 days to order. Then told the pig tail wire harness, it was delivered to shop managers home on his day off. Then the mother board to the A/C was fried. They had my car 13 days. I had to driver up there to see what was happening because they would not return calls. I was told over and over sorry but we are too busy and we do not have enough people to man the phones and computers.

Jackie did an excellent job of describing the nature of the work to be performed. It was accomplished quickly and professionally. The only problem was that there was no prior warning that certain parts are expected to wear out within a certain time period. I hold the manufacturer responsible for this short sightedness, but the work was performed well.

It took a long time. They forgot to check the tire pressure and to wash the car, all parts of the service. They do have a wonderful lounge, and the service manager took the car to be washed. Since they charge a lot more, are slower and forgetful, and are a long way from my house, I'll probably not be coming back. I will tell others about my experience if asked

I liked that all the repairs I was told that I needed on a previous visit were not true. I was told that I needed almost 5k worth of repairs on my 2019 vehicle with 30k miles. When I took it in for one of those repairs. I was informed it wasn't needed. Coincidentally, while I was being quoted repairs, I received a text offering me terms for a trade in and the purchase of a new car.

I could checked in by telephone and they could have advised me they were running late and I could wait until 10:30 to bring my car.
