Service from dealership was a mix of events. At first, the person who assisted gave me prices rates on each of the items I was requesting from a flat tire. I mentioned the full and extended warranty and it was not until then they totally honored the complete service. Thanks for the professionalism shown afterwards.

After my tire rotation on August 15, 2025, my car developed new problems with the brakes and suspension. Everything was fine before the service, but issues started immediately after. I also noticed suspicious activity around 7:158:50am during my visit. Very concerning experience, and I would not recommend this shop.

Accessment and quote of repairs needed for my vehicle was given within a couple of hours or less. Not all parts were on hand and some needed to be ordered, which left us without a vehicle for several days. For this inconvenience Team Gillman Fort Bend supply us with a loader car. Very nice, very appreciative. Two days later car was ready for pick up, drove away happy and satisfied.

Very good service advisor. He explained everything well and kept me informed during the process. Only negative is dealing with your call center to set up appointment. Process is cumbersome and slow. People that answer the phone can't answer any questions.

He promised to give 10%off the bill but only gave 10%off labor costs not the entire bill

Freezing weather killed my battery. AAA replaced it at no cost due to time left on warranty. But then there were many warnings on the dash display due to the power interruption. I took the car to Gillman to clear the warnings but they ran diagnostics first. All they found by then were worn out wipers which they then replaced. Except for the time involved it was easy peasy.

The service department has always been attentive to their customers and very professional. When you arrive, usually someone will greet you and take your information to enter them in their system, and will tell you the estimate wait time. On the other hand, the car sales department it is another story.
