Everything was taken care of well but I'm left wondering if the service department isn't made aware of the vehicle's carfax maintenance needed status. I myself just noticed that the tires are marked to be rotated for the last 2 months (mileage) and that was not done or brought to our attention during the servicing.

Had loose u bolts on my leaf springs because they put ones on that were too long and a deep socket wouldn't tighten them up. They were supposed to cut them off buy only cut off 4 out of 8 bolts so they could be torqued properly. Also have rattling when hitting bumps in the road but they couldn't find the problem.

I bought a 2013 Silverado 1500 on Jan 27th 2025 they used the Kelly Blue Book to advertise that it was worth the 8,000$ asking price for it home and it has Several Major Problems. I am Currently waiting to take them to Court Because they misrepresented the value of the vehicle and it's worth by intentionally not disclosing major repairs needed through This site. Heads Up.

Great experience. No pressure sales, they were up front and clear about the truck we looked at. Sales person and service department were great. Pricing was absolutely fair. Store is clean and welcoming. Did not buy the vehicle because it was just not the perfect one for us, that was the only reason. I would definitely recommend.

I bought the vehicle from Gilliland and it still has a few free services to be done in the future. In light of past free services if they weren't free I would not have Gilliland do any work on any of my vehicles, and would not recommend Gilliland to anyone.......
