I waited on my car while it was being serviced. I was offered water and snacks and I was sent a text asking if I needed anything during my wait. I was prepared to wait 90 minutes and I was pleased when my vehicle service was done in less than an hour. Good experience.

I arrived at 2pm for my appt to have my cruise control switch checked. I requested an Oil change and tire rotation as I checked in. This was last minute. The switch is ordered and the service completed. I was out the door in exactly an hour. AWESOME job.

They replaced the evaporator core and ac started working again so I can't complain on that but they did manage to cut my drivers chair and tried to super glue it shut. I would have been ok with that had they at least told me but instead when I mentioned it to them, the woman said "we don't have super glue". Are you kidding me?? Would not recommend. Also now my heater core broke 3 weeks later, coincidence?

Friendly staff, they met me at my vehicle. Made sure I was comfortable and communicated with me while I waited. The wait was not very long at all. Was offered a complimentary coffee bar. Asked if need anything while I waited. Comfortable waiting area. All staff and services were good!

Service was excellent (complimentary oil change and 6K mile check up), Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Work was completed on time. The only negative was the waiting area was uncomfortable. Need better chairs for elderly customers and up-to-date Hyundai brochures.
