Gilchrist service department does and has always done a great job servicing our vehicles. Basically, that's why we bring all three of our vehicles here. We've always have been able to get our appointments to work within our schedules. The whole crew is courteous and professional.

Poor communication between the person that made the appointment and the service dept. I specifically asked for a tech to do an oil change, not an oil change kid and my car is very expensive and it's not a normal oil change. When I arrived the person that made my appt, Connie I think it was, didn't put any notes in the computer so when I arrived they didn't know I had requested this, causing unnecessary confusion.

Was given a time frame of when the service would be completed , 90 minutes. My car wasn't even brought into the bay for service until 2 hours after my appointment time. When I asked how much longer I was told 90 minutes. Which was already 45 minutes behind the original time I was told. I did complain and I did get out of here at the 3 hour mark. Don't give customers a time frame if you are unable to stand by that time frame.
