Almost three hours for an oil & filter change with visible inspection & checks. The service was great, it was the waiting from 1100 AM to 0200 PM with no option for lunch. And being a DB it was uncomfortable. The cost of the oil & filter change was great!

Offered me $2,000 for my 2014 Buick Verano. I made a in person visit after send message twice. Mia was very nice. My car books out alot higher that 2,000. Did not try to sell me anything else. Sometimes I think they need lessons on following leads. They had no idea if I was going to buy or not. No followup.

Terrible service. Try to charge you for things that should be covered under your warranty. Don't buy the warranty and don't buy the auto butter. I did and it was my biggest mistake. Now I'm stuck going to Gettel Toyota because I pre purchased service and each time I go it causes me severe emotional distress because of the run around they give me.

I did bring my car before reaching the 48000miles scheduled service (It was at 45000+)
Next service is set for 500000+. I don't drive often anymore.
They sent me an email telling me that my transmission service is overdue. I am not at 50000 as the manufacturer manual stipulates.
For the tires rotation, same deal.
I am pleased with this dealership crew.

Service advisors were polite and professional. Service was conducted in a timely manner. However none of the coupons that were presented were applied. I failed to notice this until I had returned home. I made multiple attempts to contact the advisor regarding this issue to no avail. Voicemail was left, but I never recieved a return call.

Lots better than my previous visit where I had to wait several hours even though I had an appointment. They did call a Uber to take me to lunch.The service desk lady was very friendly and professional and assured me that I would not be waiting around all day or taking a Uber to lunch .

Everyone is very nice at the dealership with excellent customer service. It was easy to set up the appointment by phone. Then when I arrived someone was there to greet me instantly. Then the service advisor discussed what I wanted done. Loved the service and there is water and coffee at the dealership if you choose to wait and they pay for Uber at the dealership.

I did NOT receive any service at Gatorland on 3-13-25. Gatorland probably submitted wrong VIN by mistake. The Car had less than 200 miles on 3-13 and to date (4-8-25) the car has been driven only 434 miles.. Please remove this error from your carfax report.
PS: I selected a rating and had to answer "yes" only because I could not submit your inquiry to you any other way without choosing a rating and a yes or no response.

Having bought a Toyota 84 month battery in Oct 26, 2022, I thought I wouldn't need to replace it SO SOON. Because I was beyond the 2 year complete replacement cost by a little over 3 months I had to pay 50% for a new battery. That was very disappointing. And then having a 'service fee' added to the cost because I paid with a credit card -- I don't believe I'll be using this dealer for any future maintenance on my RAV4.

Service advisor identified maintenance issues that needed to be resolved and all were satisfactorly completed.
Failed to top off fluid levels. Day after service low windshield fluid level light illuminated on dashboard. Invoice paperwork indicated this was done. Quality assurance follow up on this item not satisfactory.
