It took 4 hrs for the service to be done even though I had an appointment.
Replace cabin filter, replace engine air filter, oil & filter change, tire rotation and complimentary multi point inspection. I was told it would be 1.5 hours at the most. No communication why it was taking so long. I have bought several vehicles at Stadium Toyota before this new ownership.

Attitude special advisor, I think his name Michael aguilar. Make me wait 2 hours for oil change. If you can fix my card in the same service. He should let me know in at advance. When the car is done he already left, I was sitting at the lobby waiting. The cashier has to run around to around to find my paper work. I was told to schedule another date to fix my car which never happened.

I took my vehicle in for the 20,000-mile service. When I received the car back, the glove compartment was lying on the floor of the vehicle and the service computer had not been reset. This was disappointing and showed a lack of attention to detail. I hope they improve their quality control in the future.

I asked for a quote trading in my car for a different vehicle, they sent me a quote not including my trade, they added to the price all the upgrades on a USED VEHICLE as if it were new. The advertised price was 115k when they added the upgrades the price went to 130k, who adds up grades to a used vehicle when a price is posted? answer A dealer that plays games.

I brought the car for an oil change and a multi-point inspection (15000). After I drove 500 miles they called me back saying that the oil change wasn't made and I had to bring the car back. I tried to understand the situation but it's just crazy, I bring the car for an oil change and it's not done. Crazy.

The price was good I agreed to full price, dealer fee, taxes, then came the brake down and the price went up thousands. I guess I'm not a good negotiator. I was still agreeable and had an appointment to purchase last week spoke at 750 pm. But it was still sold the night. I guess I wasn't the right buyer.

I considered going to the "15 minute oil change" place, but was concerned that they may not use the full synthetic 0-20 oil I need.
The final straw was they wanted $125 for an oil change! What happened to $39.95??
So I returned to the dealer where all my service has been done.
My service advisor, Amber Smith couldn't have been nicer. You also have the best waiting lounge.
I was in and out and I'm happy.

Service tech and mechanic were great. Nice waiting room. Reasonable time to wait. Entire experience ruined by dealership gouging 3% for using a credit card. My bill was $300 something. I shouldn't want to carry that much cash. 3% on top of the dealership prices for maintenance work?! Gouge!

Appointments mean nothing to them. It's let's see how many we can get in the door no matter what. Then they skip service items and short cut. Tires have plenty of tread but they tried to claim safety issues to rotate so they didn't. They just didn't do it the time before when they claimed they did (I marked tires and photos) until I made them.

Gettel has a good battery warranty. Service guys we communicate with are very professional and personable.
Area of improvement
When my car was returned I asked the guy if my iPhone needed programmed to the cars multimedia again since I got a new battery and he said he didn't know. I'd suggest a training refresh with those guys. I found out the answer is yes when I needed to take a conference call in my vehicle

Awful experience. The costumer's representative who took care of me lied to me on his promesses about cost of services and the way to pay for it. My car ended up with liquid spills on the interior surface of 4 doors and a waiting time of 6 & 1/2 hours.
