Horrible I dropped my car off on a Monday at 3 PM for my appointment for 7 PM on Tuesday. I didn't get my car back until 5 o'clock the following Monday for three little pieces of plastic because the service department wouldn't get the gentleman that orders parts part numbers for two days and then it took three days to get the parts in.

I was lied to about their having parts in stock at the dealership to make the repair I needed. Took three hours to come up with thousands of dollars of repairs I didn't want and then told me they needed to order the parts I needed. Quoted me a week to get the parts and $675 to make the repair.
I left never to return, plus sourced the parts I needed on line for $27.
They are money grabbers and not to be trusted.

I'm very sorry to read this. That is not the experience we want anyone to have. I want to address a couple of things clearly. If there was confusion about parts availability, that should have been communicated more accurately from the start. Sometimes inventory can show available and then be committed to another repair or warehouse transfer, but that still should be explained transparently. Regarding the estimate, our technicians perform a full inspection and provide recommendations based on what they find. Those recommendations are just that recommendations. You are never obligated to complete any repairs you don't approve. That said, if you felt pressured or misled, that's something I would want to know more about. There is also often a difference between sourcing a part online and having a dealership supply, warranty, and install an OEM component with labor and coverage behind it. However, you absolutely deserve to understand the pricing and options clearly before making any decisions. I would welcome the opportunity to review your repair order personally and go over exactly what was quoted and why. If we missed the mark, I want to know. Please feel free to contact me directly. If the Auto dealership makes the appointment time there is no reason to take three hours to change oil and filter and rotate tires. Also wanted to charge 190.00 to change air filter for inside of car. $12.00 cost at Amazon and a you tube video shows you how to change filter in five minutes. Then some other crazy bill to do a evac which I never heard of. Will not be going back.

Over three hours for an oil change and tire rotation is certainly longer than it should take, even when a recall inspection is involved. I understand how frustrating that can be, especially when you're expecting a much quicker visit. Regarding the recall item, some recalls require an inspection first before a repair can be completed, and in some cases additional parts must be ordered before the repair can be performed.
