GermanTech continues to impress me with the skill of their techs and the quality of the repairs. Just a bit more proactive updating on the status of the repair would be appreciated but this most recent repair was a mystery from the beginning so they were at the mercy of their technical resources taking time to get back to them. GermanTech is the only independent shop that I trust to touch my AMG.

The day before I was due to leave town for Thanksgiving, my BMW 2017 X3 gave a battery discharge warning, so after getting a jump for the battery, I went to GermanTech to have the battery tested, which resulted in the battery being replaced. I was very happy they were able to fit me in on such short notice and get me road trip ready!!

So I took my Jetta there to get a new head gasket because it was diagnosed as a bad head gasket they continue to tell me that that wasn't the issue and they sold me $1,500 of wrong things and then after they said that it was a head gasket. I guess the work that they did do was decent but doesn't outweigh the fact that they were utterly wrong about my diagnosis

FM, I'm sorry to read about this as I thought we had discussed it clearly back in December. It sounds like we have not clearly explained a plan tha would basically apply what you've spent towards this issue to this next round of need by pulling the head. Please give us a call at your convenience so we can devise a plan that works. I know part of the discussion was to apply money spent towards this concern towards the head gasket repair so it basically reduces the total for the head gasket. Keep in mind, we have to remove the head to know the full extent of the work needed.
