I paid $30 for a basic cleaning, but they gave it back to me in the same condition as when I brought it in. They only vacuumed the top part of the floor, and none of the windows were wiped. There are two car seats, and no one even touched the area underneath. I felt robbed by German Toyota.

They have made it an impersonal experience. The wait was longer than I expected. They wanted to sell me a much of other service that I checked with several others that were not necessary. They were unreachable by phone after the service and I had to call another dealership to get my question answer. They answered right away and took the extra time to check my on line records to answer my question. I am not returning to Germain.

I have seen articles regarding regarding the need for de-carbing engines. Some say yes while others say NO My car has only 26000 miles. The de-carbing service went well I Germain charged me $300+++ for it. The extended service plan I bought paid for the tire rotation, oil change, etc.

It took four hours for my routine inspection/tire rotation to be completed even though I had an appointment scheduled. As part of the inspection, all fluids were supposed to be filled. The next time I drove my car, the wiper fluid light came on, so it wasn't even checked/filled.

I use to trust them however a simple ding on my bumper should not cost me $1,300 to recalibrate my sensors. I was told the bumper had to be removed, there was no evidence it was remove, I had my tool box located and a screwdriver was still in the same place in the trunk. Last time the performed the same thing, the items was not as left. I am very skeptical of my repair.

I've had my cars serviced at Germain's since the 80's. They have always been courteous, They check my car and inform me of any needed repairs. I am informed if repairs need to be now or whether the repair need to be done in the future. My car service is completed while I wait . Service rep Mahogany Nolan was very helpful.

Schedule service for 10am and was told itll be a couple of hours since it was oil change, tire rotation and coolant flush. I ended up leaving the dealership to attend a festival and thought itd be done about 1pm. Came back and had to wait till about 4pm. Took almost 6 hours, unsure what took them so long.

I went to Germain Toyota Service only for an oil change. When the service agent was reading back what they were going to do, he added tire rotation with zero discussion. Of course had him remove it prior to authorizing the work. The oil change took 2 hours and he never came out to provide an update. Had no issues with the work performed. Just be careful before signing authorization. Recommended with caution.
