I had an issue with the windshield solution not coming through the sprayer. I went to service without an appointment to see what they could do as the road grime was making the visibility difficult. They got me in right away, took care of the issue and was super friendly, let me know what was going on and it didn't take long. Great Experience

Would give less if I could. They misdiagnosed our car three different times, said it was under warranty until suddenly the issue was something not under warranty. Had our car for 5 months after telling us it would be 7-10 business days. This service department is a complete joke.

Waited for 20 minutes to pick up my car after a warranty repair. All I needed was my key and my car. The gentleman helping me was helping a co-worker's client but when the co-worker was free, he told me I had to wait for my representative. Totally unacceptable.

They took care of the bearing issue I had, but they said I needed my tires balanced which they were going to charge me for. I told them i was taking it to Tire Discounters, because they balance my tires for free. Also when I left the tires were not inflated right so Tire Discounters took care of it.

Paid for extended warranty and never ran into issues, but at this one I was told it only covers Oil and Tires. Not at all what I was told when I paid for the extended warranty, so currently waiting on response from them. Germain is usually reputable, so hoping they didn't sell me a bait and switch.

I had barely any contact from service dept. that I didn't initiate. My car was delivered on May 6th, but I didn't get it back until May 19th. I was told it would be done on one day, but then I wouldn't hear anything at all that day and I'd have to call. Then when I called, no one would answer the phone. I got a text that said I could chk for updates but never got a response. Very poor customer service and I won't be returning.

Only get my service done from here. Was told my hood latch wont open anymore and was quoted 400$ to fix it. Also had my air filter replaced 2 months prior and they mentioned it needed replaced again until I told them to check the device report that I had just got it done. It was never brought up again, was getting the hint they wanted to make extra money replacing something that did not need fixed.

As everywhere in Ohio, the mask policy was confused and confusing. At a service place and for people dealing with customers, I'd expect every service person to wear a mask since you're dealing with your clients after all. But then, Ohio is Ohio, I guess.

Years ago, like almost 20, I purchased a Toyota 4-Runner from Germain and was blown away with their customer service then and am impressed that it still remains, and excited I get to experience it again. This was 04/13/2021 - Had an appointment for a recall and was told I would be ready to roll once I had come in, they scheduler was aware of what recall and needed to be done. When there I was told parts had to be ordered and at least three weeks to arrive. No other contact has been made by dealership and its been a month, very disappointing.

Customer service is horrible. They lost our appointment and had us come back 2 days later just to say the part they needed was on backorder. They could have called to let us know. No apologies, nobody seemed to care much when I complained. We will definitely not be going back

Afterwards he explained exactly what they did and did not find, also explained my new warranty from the work and what to watch for. Everyone went out of their way to be extra friendly from the receptionist to the intake person to the check-out person. 3 different people, all of whom were genuinely warm and friendly!
