Coupons were not asked for when I pulled in for service and the lady seemed like she didn't want to check my car in.Rich discarded the dealer coupons with responses of not really a savings. If coupons are not honored then they shouldn't be mailed to customers.

It took 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation . Also wouldn't give me the $59.00 coupon that showed up on my information screen. They put different air pressure in my 4 tires. I didn't care for the atmosphere. Will go back to Ricart . They take better care of you.

Customer services is excellent. Greet you very polite and courteous. When I received my car back I had a signal on my dash that I never seen before . I had to take it back so they could remove the signal from my dash. I thought it was inappropriate.

Still have a problem with Wind whistling through Front windshield. New front windshield was installed in October 2025 to correct another problem. TJ Gibbs and Service team are doing their best to resolve problem. Hyundai Service team have told me to let them know if problem still exists. Wind whistles through front windshield at 50 MPH and gets stronger as speed increases.

TJ was able to quickly get me an appointment once a part that I had been waiting for finally arrived, He recommended that I also have the spark plugs changed, based on the vehicle's mileage, along with the standard service maintenance package and right hand axle replacement.

TJ was very polite and professional. He advised me to replace my brakes within the next 5,000 miles and gave me a quote; I appreciated not being pressured. He had offered to wash my car, but later said their car wash wasn't working, which wasn't his fault.

Service advisor, JJ, was friendly and efficient in setting up the servicing of my car. Once the oil change package was complete, he had the car washed and parked outside the showroom for me. He went over the items that were taken care of and walked me over to the cashier. Great service!

They did not honor their rear brake warranty. Which is 12 months 12000 miles. It is a limited warranty. Because of a liquid spill that caused the EPB light to illuminate. Which caused the back brake to seize. about 2 Months after the rear brakes were serviced. I was never made aware that if the emergency brakes weren't repaired that it would cause the rear brakes to seize. 2800 dollars later the car was fixed.

Expected a straightforward and simple process. Paid in full for a car with a nonworking camera and proceeded to wait two and a half weeks with minimal information on where my car was being serviced. Customer service never called back when they told me they would and I had to repeatedly call to find out why I hadn't recieved my car after two weeks of waiting. Returned the car and bought a working one from another dealer.

It was done ok. The rub was when it was completed I had to wonder around a large lot to find my own car. They said to set alarm, but being hearing impaired that is not easy. I'm 74 with bad knees and it was 91 degrees outside. That was not fun. Other people were looking for their cars, so alarms were going off all over the place. My prior dealership would work with me. You car is just outside.

Car went in with a shutter about 30mph. Tech said engine oil was low causing shutter. Tech did oil change shutter still there after pickup. Not sure the tech even verified the shutter let alone drove it afterwards to make sure it was gone.
