The car was in the body shop. The resulting repair was very good however the shop was terrible communicating updates. They missed a number of expected completion dates and we only found out when we called to ask about picking it up. Delays occur and parts get backordered, they just need to be proactive communicating with their customers. They never did.

Had trouble with glove box, salesman did not communicate with us about replacing it or fixing it. Got the run around when I tried to call and ask about it and was told by service department that in their system it showed as fixed even though we didn't even have the glovebox. Had to talk to used car director to get anything accomplished. We have had the car less than 2 weeks and the alternator is bad. Not a good experience.

Service appears to have been performed properly. Since a part was required, and the type of service required was known when I scheduled the service the evening prior, it would have helped if they had obtained the part sooner. This caused there to be a bit of delay in completing the service by the time I was told to expect completion.

My only complaint is that I was told when I made the appointment that for the oil change, rotation and recall work on my fuel pump would take about an hour and a half. When took my car in I was told this work would take about "5 or 6 hours." Fortunately the dealer provided transportation to my home and a return back to the dealer when the work was done but the delay caused a change in my plans for the day.

We are sorry that you were misquoted for the work. To complete this recall Honda has sent us a special tool. Unfortunately, they have only sent us one. This can cause a delay in finishing the vehicle until the tool is available.

As per protocol, I was told I needed 2K worth of work. A torn CV boot and oil pan leak. The leak was from nothing but leaky valves due to the age and milage of the car. I have never had oil show up on my garage floor or driveway. The CV boot was repaired by a trustworthy mechanic with new Honda certified parts. I have been pleased with the dealer, but am definitely starting to see how their money is made.

Very easy and convenient to schedule appointment online. Had to wait a bit when in the service area for a rep to finally come to the car. They recommended air and cabin filter changes--which was warranted--but wanted to charge $65.00 each for a total of $130.00 for new filters. Quite an overcharge. I went to Autozone and got both for a total of $38.00 and only took 10-12 minutes to change myself.

There was a problem with gauge readout and the service department found the issue and determined that there was a faulty wiring harness that needed replaced. The car needed to be there for two days to repair it and everything is now working fine... very pleased with the service on this visit.

Over the course of several experiences with them, I have found their service to be rude, insincere, transparently greedy, and incompetent. I am embarrassed for their representation of Honda.

We are sorry to hear that you feel this way. It appears that your vehicle has been to our dealership once for a tow in, no start. We were able to replace the battery under parts warranty because it was bought from Honda Marysville, but we did recommend further diagnostic to be done. After we replaced the battery we confirmed that there was a parasitic draw on the vehicle.

For a safety recall and the people there are so nice and helpful and explained every thing to me and even showed me pictures of the parts being replaced. Car was finished by the time they said it would be done. I always take my car here for all my maintenance and warranty work. Awesome staff.

Very disappointed. Falsely told my rear pads/rotors were metal on metal & safety concern, second opinion stated nothing wrong with them (photo proof). Quoted $65 to change a filter I could buy for $15 & open my glove compartment & insert. Demanded $400 up-front just to diagnose why a/c blowing warm. Claimed needed new compressor/condenser $3000- now I cant even trust I actually needed that replaced.

I gave this two stars because the CarFax would not permit me to give one star or no stars. Based on the report I received from CarFax after the service, the open recall was not repaired even though the Germain Honda of Dublin showed that was done. According to CarFax the other work for which I paid was done but I will apparently have to take the Honda Passport to another Honda dealer to have the recall work done.

We are sorry to hear that your recall was not on your carfax report. We actually reached out to carfax and learned that because the recall has to go through additional avenues to get closed, there is a lag time for when it appears on your report. We did check your VIN through Honda IN, and it does show that the recall was done. Honda IN is the most accurate way to check to see what recalls your vehicle still has on it because this information is provided to us through Honda of America.
