Took car in to get fuel efficiency checked out since its getting 10+ under what i was getting from prior repair of piston. I'm going to wait a few weeks but i'm still getting 25 or less mph when i was getting 35+ on every trip from my hybrid. Its saying I need an oil change on my app, but the tech said they changed it when they replaced piston also.

The service rep was standing by my van when I stepped out of my vehicle. That's prompt service! Their recommended services were what I was expecting. I was told it would take about an hour. It took 50 minutes. My name was called, and I received a text saying my vehicle was ready. My van was parked inside the garage, so I didn't have to go out into the cold!

Had to call multiple times to figure out if my part was in because they didnt follow up or call to schedule and if needing a loaner vehicle they cannot offer you a comparable 3rd row as they only have 2 row vehicles on fleet or at least that is what they told me.

They are extremely up front about the services, and if anything might change, they will come discuss it with you to get permission first. The waiting areas are comfortable and relaxing, with clean amenities. (The coffee bar is a nice touch.) Overall, everyone is friendly, kind, and they know what they're doing. I've been going there for years (since 2018), and highly recommend them.

Left my wiper fluid bone dry, yet paperwork said all fluids topped off. Literally every time I take the car in , something is always "off" , I've had to take it back multiple times after service for something forgotten or not reset, recalibrated. The front of house guy was great though, very personable, I take my Honda to the dealership but I wouldn't strongly recommend it

The check engine light codes were read and a needed purge valve is being sought, since Honda no longer manufactures it. I have not yet been contacted by Germain service providers about their search for one, although I found OEM parts online that I think answer the need.

I would have rated higher but the communications about my vehicle were not the best. In fairness, it was peak flu season but still not getting calls back and no answer on the service line for a full day was frustrating. Staff was very polite and professional when reached.

The service department was GREAT. Very friendly & I didn't feel like they were trying to get me to do things unneeded. Although the woman that checked me out, not so much. She barely made eye contact with me. The only words she spoke to me was to ask my name FOUR times. I ask her a question about the total & she just said Uhh huh. Knowing she didn't hear a thing I asked.
