Peggy, while I will continue my efforts in contacting Robert, I wanted to revisit your most recent repair order. It is noted for your record and ours that we found an aftermarket remote starter spliced into the harness by another facility. The technician and advisor reviewed the temporary solution, noting that they would remove the fuse, but if the issue repeats, then we will advise replacing the harness due to the damage that had been done. On Saturday, December 14, 2026 I entered my car planning to go for a morning workout but my cars battery was dead. I was able to get to Germain Honda at around 9:30 AM, They checked to make sure the battery was the problem, replaced the battery and I was on my way by 10:15. Wow, I was really impressed.

On 10/6/25, I got my first oil change and was told my new car had free oil changes until 14k miles. I returned to Germain on 2/6/26 at 13k miles expecting free service, but when I picked up the car, I learned the offer only applies at the purchasing dealer. I should have verified this myself when I dropped of the car, I just wish I'd been given accurate information initially so I could have planned accordingly.

I had an appointment and was there for 2 hours for an oil change. When the guy asked me if I wanted some things fixed I said no and he said it would be 10 minutes. It was another 20-25 minutes before my car was ready and he kept saying it would be another few minutes. It was a frustrating experience when originally the appointment/I was told it would only take an hour.

On the last day of our visiting for a nail on the inside wall of the front tire, we ran into Cody who sold us the car in May of 2023. The rear crossing sensors have only worked spradically. I brought the car in to have them replaced, even though the service department said there was no service code. They replaced the sensors but they are working the same way they did before. We live on a busy street with limited visibility from our driveway. This is a serious safety concern that we need to have addressed.

Great service for the CRV. Had a long wait, but it was a last-minute Express Service appointment on a Friday afternoon, so it was naturally busy. The longer wait is the only complaint and it is not a reflection on Germain's staff or structure. There were a lot of people trying to get vehicles serviced at the end of the week.
