Despite the fact I told the lady this was our "complimentary" service and to also checkto make sure they had an oil filter in stock, they forgot both.
No oil filter in stock which took an additional hour of waiting and then they wanteed to charge me over $160.00 for the service. When again reminded them of this , they said "oooh OK, you all set. We won't be back

Service was Okay. New A column guards were replaced.
1.)There was gummy substance on the outside of the guard. Requiring me wipe both sides down with cleaner.
2.)The rubber on driver side was required attention by your serviceman. To place the rubber pieces into the correct placed so water would not down in behind guard and God know where else.

Friendly but... They replaced my battery without giving me an option. I was told the battery voltage was low WITHOUT being given the suggestion to try putting it on a battery charger. They only gave me the option of replacing it. Dropped off the car with 1/4 tank of gas - received it back with a low fuel warning and only 19 miles left drivable before empty. Felt like they were nickel and diming me to death.

For the price paid, I would expect for them to update the oil life counter as well as the ford app showing service was completed. When a job is being done, please just do it right and fully. Important to not rush the process.

I scheduled an appointment to get for four new tires, an alignment, and to have an intermittent blue screen backup camera issue addressed. Service Advisor, Josh Hay, informed me there was an open recall on the blue screen issue and that there was also an an open recall on the rear axle bolts. Maintenance installed tires, performed the alignment and took care of the recalls. As always Germain Ford service was superb.

Work done in a timely fashion and done correctly. I was kept well informed of progress. I was offered a ride home in the event I wanted to leave my truck rather than wait on it. My only wish is that they would wash my vehicle after service (this is an option offered by another local Lincoln/ford dealership). Otherwise, all is great!
