The work did on my car with A1 but as a customer I was treated like a total stranger. Over the years I have had four different vehicle service there and I dont think that I should be treated like a stranger I should be treated like a regular customer.

I scheduled a last minute appointment for a minor repair. Everyone at the Germain family of dealerships was amazing. I pulled into the wrong service area (Mercedes) and the service agent helped me get to the area I needed to be in. Great experience from start to finish. I will never take my Cadillac to another dealership again!

It appears the interior and exterior protection were finally applied. The second set of front and back window wind guards were installed to replace the front cracked ones. However, the second set are causing the front windows to automatically reverse down because they are hanging into the window track. I will contact weather tech to ask for their help getting the proper fit.

Not the quality of service i would expect from a Cadillac Dealership. Told me i needed 2 tie rods when I had just had a total new front suspension put on by another mechanic 5 days prior!!!.
No loaner vehicle available after having my truck 3 days for minimal service. Over one Thousand dollars cost. I will not use their services again.. service advisor didn't know what a rear differential cover was!!!

Our records indicate we replaced multiple sensors and performed an AWD service. Our prices are compatible in our market area. The tie rods we recommended were discovered during an inspection, we would recommend you check the warranty on the previous service as they did not pass our vehicle inspection. The item our advisor was not aware of was a service we do not offer at our dealership. Our Service Manager Troy would be happy to address any of these items with you in further detail.

Allie & her crew are friendly while being professional about their jobs. Germain always provides a loaner which is a great perk. While this was a warranty issue, I wouldnt hesitate to take our XT5 there for regular service. Spoke with Service Mgr. who also was friendly & understanding of the issue.

My big problem I have with Germain Cadillac of Easton, concerning service/maintenance, is that I have to go to the dealership retail sales department, and then they have to take my car to the remote service location. I would prefer just taking it to the remote location for the services.

Good. I dont like the Lyft service- I waited and the ride to my office- I didnt like. I had someone bring me to pick up my car.
To save time. When you pull in for service, the people out there should do the write up, instead of pulling someone from the office.

All the info I had available to me stated first oil change was free. However, to my surprise, when I arrived at service dept I was told free oil change expired since I purchased a loaner car. It expired before I purchased the car. After follow up conversation with customer service instead of next oil change free. I was mailed a refund check creating an inconvenient trip to the bank to deposit.

I love the continuity of having the same service manager every time I have my car serviced. He knows me and my vehicle history and always asks about any additional concerns. Although I ended up buying a vehicle at another dealership because they had the one I wanted (I was looking at used cars so I had to go with whatever the inventory was), I will definitely try to purchase a vehicle from this dealership in the future when my daughter is ready for a car. Contacted Germain via email and they immediately followed up with me. Set an appointment with salesman, Brad. Went to the dealership two days later. Had the car out and ready for a test drive. Attempted to gouge me for services my car did not need. Went across town to the other dealership where they handled the issues left behind, badly balanced tires that was causing my car to pull while driving. Not the first issue with them, finally to the point I won't be back.

I told the technician that the left side of the car was squeaking. He said they oiled it. Its still squeaking. No need to report it. Germain isnt going to do anything but have me return repeatedly to no avail and to waste my time just as they have done in the past with all of the other issues with this car that has not been resolved!!!

Very antiquated way of doing business. Very distrustful of customer unless your sitting in their showroom. You cant buy the car online. Despite committing to buy the car in writing, getting approved for financing, the car was available available for sale until I arrived to sign the paperwork. The car was sold to someone else because I did not arrive quickly enough and I applied for credit needlessly.
