When the appt was made it was made for both and vehicle still under warranty. They only did oil change, I had to asked to have my tire rotation, measure the pressure. I still don't think they check the pressure. If I wasn't watching the tire would not have been done. Also the sticker they put on the vehicle for the oil change was not done. We still have the old sticker.

Service is horrible. Lights keeps coming on and when you bring it to the dealership they tell you nothing wrong. Just make sure you keep your car area clean. Why would you tell consumers that. I am sick of having issues with a vehicle I can barely use it's always in the shop. I am sick of this dealership giving me the runaround.

I purchased a2013 frontier from Geri Lynn Nissan brand new, I put 265000 miles on it, needed new shocks and struts front and back, had a clunking sound metal to metal. They did my repair and put me in a vehicle while waiting. I was very satisfied. Now my frontier rides like new.

It's not that the service is bad but why would you send me a coupon for and oil change a week after I go my oil changed. Knowing good and well that this coupon will expire before my next oil change. I tried to use a coupon for a routine maintenance and got told that I couldn't because it didn't apply to oil change. Since when is ann oil change NOT a routine maintenance!

Been fighting with this car and the dealership for almost a year about this car that is trash, junk, a lemon of a car and they don't want to make it good. Best car buying experience I've ever had. Gerald, my salesperson, was completely prepped and prepared for my arrival. He and the finance manager were open to negotiation and made a deal more than fair for me. I did a cash sale, and was able to complete it in under two hours of total time spent in the dealership. That's from test drive to ownership. Next time I need to buy a vehicle, I will be going back to Geri Lynn.

I didn't like the diagnostic fee for evaluating a door handle cover being loose and checking why the driver's set would get stuck, and the resulting solutions of A: Change out the whole door handle for almost $400 & B: There's nothing wrong with the seat, but otherwise it was a pleasant experience for required maintenance.

When given the quote it was 250 so even then I was nervous to make that purchase, but I said go ahead when all was said and done, it turned out to be right at $400. I was there for five hours. They told me nothing could be done about the misquote. I do not plan on going back.
