The service visit went well..The service staff were nice and professional. I live almost 50 miles away from this store but I find that the service is better here than at Romeoville, IL so I drive the extra miles for better service. The waiting area is clean and my car is always returned in the recommended time.

Plus, she had my car waiting for me right outside the door, so this 93-year-old guy with a cane didn't have to walk all the way out to the parking lot. service writer attitude was not the best. seemed not to be happy with my decision not to purchase service agreement. not concerned that I was able to locate my car after service was complete. inspections of my vehicle on previous visits indicated the need to replace wiper blades--that was completed between then and this visit. the inspection still had the same result. the same with an interior filter.

They went above and beyond for me. I had surgery and couldn't drive so they sent a gentleman to come to my home and get my car service it and bring it back to me. I made an appointment for 10:00 AM for new tires to be installed and my car was not ready until 12:40 PM. I feel it's ridiculous for me to have to wait 2:40 for a service visit that was scheduled. My wife, 2 kids and I have bought four new vehicles from Gerald in the last 4 years, but will definitely look at other dealers for future purchases due to the poor performance of the service department.

Gerald Toyota found a couple items in the 50-point inspection that could be replaced but did not push too hard to upsell my service call. Gerald Toyota is a big improvement over Planet Toyota, the previous owner. I won't be driving to Bourbonnais for service by that Toyota dealer anymore.

Everything was great . However I don't believe that because my car is old , it's the reason why it's burning oil . The age & milage is a factor, but not the reason it's burning oil . My vehicle is I. I excellent condition & Toyota's are made to last a long time . Your service is wrong .

Kelvin was great, the only thing was that my tire pressure later that evening showed low pressure all around. Not sure what happened when they check the tires. We had to put air in all of the tires Sunday the next day.
