When I took my car in for an oil change I was told it would take about an hour and 15 minutes. It took twice as long and I was given a list of additional recommended repairs that came out to be over $4000.00. My response was "F*** that". I'm currently getting a second opinion on the additional repairs.

60 month scheduled maintenance was done quicker than I thought it would. A bit pricey ($920) so I wished I could have shopped around but unfortunately the dealership has a captive audience since the nearest competing dealership 80 miles from my home versus 40 miles to the Gerald Jones dealership.

I did not have a service on September 1. I also received an email on August 20th and 23rd about missing an appointment I did not make. I had and attended a service earlier in August for my screen blanking (which I was told was a known malfunction but didn't know the cause). However as this experience request is for a service I didn't have but looks like I was marked down for I cannot recommend something I didn't get.

My seatbelt sensor is still acting up on me. It did not fuss when Brandon sat in the drivers seat. It chooses to only beep for a full minute after I am buckeled in and car is in drive. It eventually does stop . It's just annoying.

We had to contact a sales person on the phone to facilitate contact with the service department to schedule routine service appointment. I had a flat tire. I called and set up an appointment for them to fix it. They repaired my tire and checked out the rest of my car to make sure everything was good, including topping off all fluids, checked brakes, etc. Best service department ever!

The only thing I didn't like was trying to call and schedule the appointment. No one was answering the phone in the service department. I called 2 days in a row. The second day I called the main line and had to let them know that I wasn't getting an answer in the service department. They notified them, then I was transferred over there. Other than that, everything else was ok.
