I brought my vehicle in for a safety recall and service. I'm disappointed that I couldn't get a firm answer on if my vehicle was affected or what was going to be done. All I received was we're not sure. At a minimum I should have been told if my vehicle was actually tested for the recall and the results.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration and apologize for any confusion. We did explain that, per General Motors, the remedy for the recall is not yet available. Unfortunately, recall repairs and availability are determined solely by the manufacturer, and at this time, GM has not released a fix or further instructions. We completely agree that more clarity would be helpful, and we will continue to monitor the situation so we can take action as soon as GM provides a solution. We appreciate your patience and are here to support you however we can in the meantime.

Receptionist was really nice. But it's the same thing with these guys you go there for one problem they "find" 12 others. Ive been here before for other various problems and every time ive not had a good experience. Spent 2k to fix an issue with my AC. For it only to not work still after i went to get it.
