I make an appointment to get my trucked serviced in advance, I show up on time and they get right on it. The service department is very courteous and always offers me drinks and snacks and they have a very nice place to sit and wait with very nice and clean restrooms. I have always noticed a lot of George Kell vehicles in my area and now I understand why, great customer service.
