I asked the salesperson to send some pictures of car inside & out about 9:00am on a Saturday because they only had a stock photo on web. He called back about 3:30pm that day to say car was sold (I never got any pictures), and said some thing to the effect .." Car is sold...car's like that don't last long...you got to move"... inferring I was stalling. He obviously is used to pressure sales, and people that can be intimidated. In hind site....,he did me a favor. I found a very nice low mileage Lincoln Town Car. I wasn't going to say anything...but you asked!

The dealership and, specifically, the two gentlemen I worked with, Jim and Alex, were extremely helpful in responding to any and all questions I had regarding the vehicle in which I had an interest. I live in CT and the dealership is in FL which made things a bit challenging for me as I had never purchased (nor considered purchasing) a vehicle remotely. In speaking with them, I felt comfortable with the assurances that they provided. They took care of the registration and shipping of the vehicle and upon arrival, the vehicle was exactly as they had described. They kept their word regarding all aspects of this purchase and I would not hesitate to purchase another car from them in the future.

It was NOT a good one. I had contacted the dealership and spoke with one of the salesmen and he said the pictures would become available as soon as it was out the service dept. 5/20/19 I waited for two days and called him about the car. He said there was something wrong with the frame or something( a little vague) He would be contacting the owner and get back to me.. He never did that! Now today I see it is SOLD!! Very disappointing!!! Very disappointed in him! I guess we really cannot depend on anyone's word. ESPECIALLY CAR SALESMEN

Called for a quote, was told that there was NO price flexibility, with the final number I declined the offered deal just toi be told an allowance of $500 could be made if I was interested. Sales rep should have the flexibility to hint a negotiation room from the onset. I do understand that online sales do not offer the rep any chance to gauge the buyer intention. The point is, do no close that door and convey that there is no room for negotiation. As I turned, I bought a much more newer car for just a few more thousand dollars.
