I certainly did not like their way of charging customers, I need a four wheel drive system service and they wanted me to pay for diagnostic plus their charges are realy outrageous. For the above mentioned service i was made to pay almost $800, They said they flush and add fluids to the differentials and the transfer case, otherwise the staff is respectful

Service department is unreliable at best. They are unfamiliar with stellantis (factory) warranties. They do not return calls in a timely manner. They quote for repairs that do not need to be completed. Overall, it was a horrible shop to deal with. Go somewhere else to get any work done, especially factory warranty work. They use to be the flagship of the Gengras group, but they definitely are not any longer.

Everything fine except one minor item...my car interior and trunk was very sandy and dirty after a summer at the beach...interior cleaned except for trunk...it was never vacuumed...lots of sand and leaves left behind...bill was quite hefty so this was disappointing...I am quite elderly so am unable to do this myself otherwise everything ok.

Brought in my ram 3500 2022 end of December 2023 for the 4th time on the same issue and I got it back end of January 2023. Drove it for a day and the check engine light was back on again for an issue I was told was fixed. Called the dealership I was I will get a call back by the service manager and here I'm 2 days later still waiting on the call back. This is a brand new truck that I just purchased in May 2023.

They kept the car for a week, same problem we've been having. Not only that, they did NOT call the Warranty company, instead we paid the whole bill and contacted them ourselves. They told us they would call us back in 24 hours with an answer as to what happened; never heard from them. HIGHLY annoyed and would NOT recommend them to anyone as their customer service is highly lacking!!!

Waited 2 days to hear from them. When my car was finally ready, I waited in line trying to pick up my car. I asked an employee if I was in the right place to pick up my car and pay. He said yes. I waited 25 minutes and found out all I had to do was go to a cashier. No signs, no one who really asked anyone in line what they were there for. They changed my oil and never reset the oil change warning. Never going back.

The salesmen (Ethan) was polite and very helpful. There was no pressure as I explained I was in no hurry to buy. The offer on my trade in was less than expected. I did receive a phone call later that day saying they would give me more for my trade.I did not buy from this dealership.

This past experience with Gengras has been my overall best experience I have had here in such a long long time. KATE my service advisor and I honestly can't remember to 2 different managers that I deal with but they were all phenomenal. Super amazing service. They cleaned the whole front inside of my Jeep, including the mats, after a routine oil change. I actually felt guilty because it was a total mess and I would never imagine a dealership would do that for you. Very much appreciated and great service all around. I scheduled for an oil change and to examine the emergency brake (soft pedal). Dropped the car off before 9AM and didnt hear back. Called multiple times with no clarity on when the vehicle would be complete. Finally told them not to bother and I would just pick up the car. Disappointing service experience and not the first time they have let me down.

*Quality of completed project = Good.
*Communication from dealership = Horrid.

Paid them $189 to diagnose problem with convertible top. They agreed there was a problem but wanted us to spend another $600 to find out what it was. They would not guarantee their work and had no clue as to what the final cost might be. Would never go back to them again for any sort of service.

Everything was done in a timely matter. The service advisor quoted me one price, then when I received my bill it was about forty dollars more. Also the service advisor didn't seems to know how much and what blend of oil my car needed. I also appreciated the cleainess and the car wash.

The people that work there are nice, but my car was there for 2 days (with appt) and nothing was fixed. Also, I never received a call about the status of my car. My husband had to call to find out and we ended up picking up my car on Saturday so it wasn't just sitting there all weekend.

The service is very disappointing & unprofessional... I dropped off my Jeep Wrangler in the afternoon before an 9:00 AM appointment (airbag recall & oil change) on the following day. It's supposed to complete before 12 noon, but they didn't get it done until 4:30 PM. And they overcharged the oil change, from $68 to $110!

POOR....I had an appointment for an 11:15 oil change. I didn't hear anything at 1:00 and stopped by. Nothing had been done. I finally got the car at 2:00. Then, I was given the wrong keys and they had no idea where the car was. This is the second time service has been TERRIBLE! I will NOT recommend them for anything!

Brought my truck in for service, Jay the service Advisor called me and I addressed I had a concern with a check engine light. Upon service rendered I made a payment for an oil change and new pair of wipers and asked if a check engine light inspection was performed and I was told yes. Drove the truck home to find out my truck started to stall in the middle of the highway and a check engine light surfaced, very disappointed!

I loved ciera's voice, she is in the wrong business. The deal they offered me was less than half of what I had just paid for my motorcycle. These people know what it is worth as I bought it from the people they sold the dealership too. I have been a customer fof the gengras's for years and spent plenty of money on motorcycles. It sucks to have a local ford dealer (who by the way was just going to wholesale the bike) offer me a thousand dollars more. I guess there is just no doing business with them now ??????
