We purchased the car with the understanding we would have the valet option as we live out of town. We have found scheduling is several weeks out, it takes several days to even get a return phone call as well. The engine light was on so it needed serviced so I had to use a vacation day to have the car serviced. I would hesitate before buying a car that requires service in another town.

ROUND TRIP VALET SERVICE: meaning a scheduled drop off of a vehicle for us to use while ours was picked up and taken back for the recall service - PLUS: our car was hand washed and brought back sparkling clean! JAVIER the service manager is just phenomenal in executing such tremendous concierge services! He is just one of a select group who make up the dream team at Genesis of Wichita! We can't keep from bragging on them all!
