Took several times of me going back and forth with my vehicle in and out of their shop. After over a month they found the issue and it was what I originally explained to them what I thought was the issue. I'm not a happy camper with the vehicle or this particular service center.

Jose, my Service Advisor, took complete care of my steering wheel replacement under warranty. He kept me informed, provided a loaner as requested, and even made sure silicone tire shine was not applied to my coated tires during the car wash. Great guy, and an asset to Genesis of Southwest Houston!
