The actual services performed seemed to all be in order, it is the customer experience that is making me go with a 3-star rating. Apparently, Genesis has an issue with scheduling the valet pick-up and double-booking appointments so they removed that feature instead of addressing a bug in their software. So you have to call in to get anything scheduled now. They picked up my car for routine maintenance in the morning and at no time told me they would be keeping it overnight until I had to reach out to get a status update. So now I was without a vehicle the following morning and had to make arrangements for school drop off, work, etc.
Overall, just a very frustrating experience. I really like my Genesis but these experiences are making me reconsider going to a different manufacturer with my next vehicle.
