Came in for complimentary oil change and was charged $155. Their website even told me it was complimentary when I booked. Otherwise I would have taken it somewhere else for a reasonably priced oil change.

I'm sorry for the misunderstanding the details of the complimentary, I have double checked the details, and it states the following when scheduling service: 3 Years or 36,000 Miles, includes a complimentary three-year subscription to Service Valet.

The facility is very nice, but the level of service leaves a lot to be desired. The impression I got was that they have you drop off the vehicle so that it is there when the technicians are available, but then the vehicle sits for days because there aren't enough technicians to perform the workload required. The have a limited number of loaner vehicles, but there seems to be a priority whether or not you rate one... either provide loaners to all, or to none! Regarding the question whether I would recommend the service to others... If I had a choice of other service departments that provide the same level of service that Genesis requires with the same warranty coverage, my answer would be no.
