Ive only been going to Genesis of Columbus for a year of maintenance so far but I love their service team. Ciara is hands down the best service member I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She always takes care of us while we are there. I wish I could remember everyone by name but they are all wonderful to work with and take pride in their roles.

Very unprofessional on schedule service, warranty work take month, and still foegot to complete service even kept vehicle for 3 weeks !
Do not buy genesis definitely not a good decision to spend 80k and fighting every visit.

This dealership is awesome. They were very straight forward and explained things very well. WENDIE was the best. She new the car I wanted and did not try and push something else on me. Terrible interaction with the customer. They will not let you talk to anyone who can solve a problem.
People that handle the loaner cars are totally incompetent.
Have had the same issue now for 3 appointments....I guess the next service I will have to take the car in personally and refuse to leave until the issues are resolved.

I assume it was serviced properly.
I didn't appreciate the extra day for the valet return. Also, servicing the car shouldn't wipe out all of the presets, eg., radio, directions, seat, mirrors, etc.
