This is my experience last April 2025, my 1st oil change. They left the oil drain bolt loose until after driving around 1000 miles, it fell off and drained all the oil while I was driving in the highway. It caused me a lot of trouble that they had to replace the engine.

Great waiting room. The technicians didn't initially fulfill my request to have my two new tires placed on the front of the car. I had to wait an additional 30 mins to have them do what I initially requested. However, they were very accommodating in the end. Nikko was very responsive and accommodating.

I brought the car in for a recall and when I returned home I could not lock the car doors. I had to spend over an hour on the phone with Genesis Connect to reboot the car several times to get the locks working again. It is apparent that service did not check all the systems thoroughly after doing the recall work. This was very upsetting.
