My Service visit from beginning to end was perfect. They took cat immediately, 2 service people met me immediately at Car. There is a wonderful waiting area w/ TV coffee & snacks. 1 of the reps came in to me few times w/ updates. All had friendly smiles & all were professional. Great experience- highly recommend.

I highly recommend Generation Kia they are AWESOME. Their staff went out of their way to help me and I'm so grateful. There's 3 other dealers that are closer to me but Generation's service is unmatched. So for me yes I will GLADLY travel the distance it's worth it.

Vinny the service manager (I think that was his name) was very helpful & knowledgeable and also friendly as eas Iris also. Patty Benedetto was so sweet and helpful and kept us busy telling us how we can possibly buy our can when it's time and she is very knowledgeable also! we will definitely go to her when the time comes!

Liked that I was able to get appointment quickly and that they washed my car following service. However, my rep wasn't familiar with my Kia Sportage and could not answer questions. Another rep helped. I came in for one recall but was told my car was not recalled for that but three others. Because the rep thought my model was 2024 and it was 2023 this prevented the inspection to be delayed til later in the day and I had to return.

I was met by a very friendly service person who knew exactly who I was and why I was there. Michelle kept me informed of the service progress while I waited for my vehicle. Service was completed in a timely manner. The service department in Kia Generation is just wonderful.

They were through and my advisor Cody was really good. He took the time to explain everything. I was t happy with the news to my vehicle but it is what it is. Overall, good experience and very clean place, free snacks, TV, comfortable place to wait for your vehicle if you need to.

I was greeted by Michelle. She took photos of my car, and we discussed service to be performed. She sent an email with additional recommended services for my approval. She kept me updated on progress and when my car would be ready. It was washed and returned to me as promised. Great job from start to checkout.

She takes the time to explain what maintenance is recommended, and when Michele recommends something, I don't question it; I just do it. Being a woman, I am most comfortable with women reps, and Michele is the best rep I have ever encountered!

It was 3 hours before I was given the options of what my car would need. It was then another 3 hours before I was told how long before the repairs would be done. I had previously said I could have gotten a ride home and come back when the repairs were done. Instead I got to watch "big" and "18 again!", twice.

I had to leave the car in the parking lot with a flat tire on a Sunday. Service took the car Monday morning, replaced the tire, did the oil change and inspection so that I would not need to come back a 2nd time.
