I have all good experiences with this dealership. The facility is clean and I appreciate the entrance where I can pull into the garage and am greeted by my technician. They go over my vehicle and suggest services available but are not pushy. They are fast and stay in contact with me throughout the service. Great job!

Patty Benedetto was so sweet and helpful and kept us busy telling us how we can possibly buy our can when it's time and she is very knowledgeable also! we will definitely go to her when the time comes!

Liked that I was able to get appointment quickly and that they washed my car following service. However, my rep wasn't familiar with my Kia Sportage and could not answer questions. Another rep helped. I came in for one recall but was told my car was not recalled for that but three others. Because the rep thought my model was 2024 and it was 2023 this prevented the inspection to be delayed til later in the day and I had to return.
