First: Jasmine the service REP was wonderful. She communicated, listened and had everything on point.
Second: Rick the service Manager was polite, professional , communicated and followed up. He kept his word and made decision to help me the customer.
Third: I don't remember the yound man's name but I think the was the head mechanic. He was honest about my issues, gave me some good tips and generally was extremely helpful.
Overall Gene Messer Hyundai Service was amazing. The best service I have ever received. Overall the entire department communicated and did what was best for me the customer. They fixed my issue and appeared to be genuinely honest about those issues and what could be done to fix it. Then they helped with dealing with Hyundai and warranty. That alone was worth giving five stars (if you have had to deal with Hyundai, you know what I mean). Overall I would use them again and recommend them to others. Like I said for me personally this was the best dealership service center I have dealt with.
