Sprayed Frigi-Fresh in A/C. Smells awful and my wife has migraines from smells. Didn't tell me they were going to spray this product. They should have ask first. Some people can't be around these kinds of chemicals. Still trying to get smell out. Otherwise great service.

Have to be honest, this was not a very good experience. I had an easy entry issue with the passenger door handle. I paid for diagnostics and repair to the tune of almost $1,000. It worked for a day then quit again. Seems there is also a possibility of a BCM being defective. That is estimated at another $1039 total to repair. Thank goodness THAT is covered by my extended warranty. But I feel my initial $1,000 was wasted.

I can absolutely understand why you would feel that way. Unfortunately all we can do is follow the pinpoint test in the Ford workshop manual which is what we did. The test led to replacing the door handle. After replacing the handle the lock would work intermittently. It did not work at all before that. We rechecked after installing the handle and again following the pinpoint test. The body control was not sending the signal to unlock the door at times when the key was close, it was seeing the key now after the handle was replaced. It did not see the key before at all. You do need both pieces.

They were quick to get me in and we're fast in doing the service. Only draw back I had to call them to find out if the part had come in 3 weeks after it had been ordered It had been in 2 weeks and they had not notified me as they said they would. Communication is very important!
