Greeted promptly when I arrived and the check-in process was smooth. The waiting area was clean, quiet and comfortable. Having coffee for your customers is a great treat. Service on my car was performed quickly and I loved the video recap. The only downside to my experience was the wait time from when my car was ready to when the service advisor came to get me. (30 minutes)

Service was good, and seems to done a good job on the oil change. But no one looked at the sideview mirror puddle lights like I asked, so see why the "R" no longer displays the letter. I called back after I returned home and spoke to Service person to get it resolved, but this should have been done as it was a customer request. Thank you

I was greeted immediately at the service desk, a job ticket was written up, and my car was taken in right away. The waiting area is very clean and comfortable. My car was finished sooner than I expected, and I was on my way. Later, I received a text with a video of the underside of the car. The service tech pointed various items under the car which I found educational.

Excellent service, although, I am concerned about the ever increasing cost. I don't expect a dealer to have the lowest cost, but there is a limit to what I am willing to pay. I know Langan does not have complete control over their pricing, but I am paying them so I have to hold them responsible.

I asked if damaged to my LED would be covered under my warranty. Service guy just said no never looked up my info. I asked if i could talk to the service manager. He took my mane said he was not available and he would call me back. Never got a call back for the service manager. I have been to the service depot a couple times each time normally the same type of service. Not very good..
