Really good, seamless experience. Transmission fluid flush experience was efficient, courteous, professional. My service technician, John, had paperwork ready when I arrived for the appointment, had the bill prepared, including a discount from a dealer provided coupon, when I picked up the vehicle. Courtesy car driver was polite and prompt giving me a ride. Good job.

Service was as scheduled - the techs are all pleasant and help! Could probably use some help with scheduling- was told after service it would be taken to body shop for estimate- apparently that is not the way things are handled- have to apparently go back and ask for specific people ...sounds too sketchy to me

We had to take our vehicle in due to the technician not replacing the oil cap which in turn caused oil to spew up underneath on the fabric of the hood and on the engine. I called Ramon and he took care of replacing the fabric & power washing the engine. They did right by us.

The bed of my truck has new major scratches as well... There Is No More Customer Service is This World. And don't forget door scratches on passenger side...
