Went in for service where I was quoted 2300 at another shop. They did the work for 1400, parts, labor and a loane. From beginning to end they took care of us advised on other situations we had with our 21 year old Prius. Mr Escobar, our service rep, was top notch.

Gateway Toyota was graciously replaced a second tire on my RX. Earlier a tech accidentally cut one of my tires and they replaced it. However, I communicated my concern of having different tire depths which could cause problems to the drive system. It was very nice of the dealership to address my concern and replace one more tire so that both of my back tires are even now!

I would never go back to this facility. I was quoted well over 3k for parts that I didn't even need. Luckily I took my car to my local repair shop for a second opinion and they diagnosed the problem and it only cost me $500. I thought I was going to Toyota service and didn't realize they were using a third party. Shame on you!

Service staff were pleasant and accomodating. I was generally kept informed of progress and any extra-normal service needs. However, my car is/was subject to a Recall (months old, but not specifically safety related) which again could not be fixed "due to no parts available". And prices seemed high, although maybe that's everything today. I would nonetheless recommend them since they appear quite competent in actual repairs.

Lousy they tried to make me change two tires in the front they had two screws one of each and I don't have screws before there they planted and they told me you need two tires the Quan fix it but I fixed it by myself and also they hit one shot in the back and bend a little bit and they told me you need a new shocks so that is the news about get away Toyota I will not go there again

I liked everything about the service experience, got there early and was taken right in, had a coffee and watched TV in a very comfortable chair. Had a problem with the radio info screen blanking out at times . Toyota sad it was caused by my apple 16 cell phone , I disagree but have no other options at this time but to confer with apple to ask if other people had a similar problem with a 2022 Highlander. This seems like a easy way out for Toyota to blame apple for the defect.

It won't allow a zero. Had brakes done there originally. Squeaky/noisy since day one. Took it in,told brakes are 5 mm, don't need replacement. ( I knew that) . Linda called me, said bring it in,(again )they'd make it right. At check in re-explained concern, I was told to pay $185+ to re-examine concern. I'm done with this service center and advise others the same( obviously I refused to throw good money after bad)

Good service, luxurious modern dealership. Comfortable waiting area with a full view of the brand new Toyotas, my favorate brand of cars. Coffee the way I like it, freshly ground. I'm always happy with the service from you. My only disappointment this time was that you couldn't reset my tire sensor. On my last visit, the sensor wasn't working and they fixed it but this time they wanted over $600. I'm handicapped now and on SS. I can't afford that price
