I had an appointment to get a new battery . 2 hours later, I was charged more than the parts department quoted me for the battery, and also for something I didn't ask for or approve. I told them "Don't bother testing the battery, just replace it." There is no excuse for this!

It was unusual for Gateway but it took two and a half hours for the oil change. Then when it was finally finished, I found they had taken the car through the carwash(a usual perk) but when I got into the car, the seat was wet and I found my key on the passenger side floor. Later I realized they never updated the window sticker for when I'm due for the next oil change.

Gateway Toyota was graciously replaced a second tire on my RX. Earlier a tech accidentally cut one of my tires and they replaced it. However, I communicated my concern of having different tire depths which could cause problems to the drive system. It was very nice of the dealership to address my concern and replace one more tire so that both of my back tires are even now!

I would never go back to this facility. I was quoted well over 3k for parts that I didn't even need. Luckily I took my car to my local repair shop for a second opinion and they diagnosed the problem and it only cost me $500. I thought I was going to Toyota service and didn't realize they were using a third party. Shame on you!
