I had tires rotated and oil changed. They didn't even put full synthetic in it, just conventional 3,000 oil and charged me $110. I went to a local tire dealer and for full synthetic and tire rotation I was charged $55. Half of what Ford charges with better quality oil.

Nothing not to like. Victoria well exceeded all expectations. While this was recall work I wasn't expecting a loaner but she provided one anyway and flaking paint was covered by the dealership. Hopefully Victoria never leaves and Gates Ford continues their EXCELLENT customer service!

Most service was good however they were unable to fix a tire. Said it didn't leak fast enough to find it. Went low on the pressure sensor 2 days later while sitting in the garage. Would not recommend tire repair.
