Wasn't pleased on the explanation of my concern. Went in for an issue but the write up from the tech never explained what was wrong but only about something else that wasn't my major concern. Then expected to me to pay for something I didn't receive. I had to go up the service chain to get it corrected. This is not good the way I see it.
Focus on the issue first then submit your recommendations after.

I bought the car here last May. It was due mostly for an oil change and tire rotation. But it had a bad taillight bulb and needed windshield wipers. They also recommended changing the filters and they noticed a lot of contaminants in the brake fluid. They gave the car all I needed and asked for and even gave it a wash - while accepting $40 off from coupons.

Overall the experience was fine. There were issues with my car when I bought it that was not disclosed to me which are pricey to repair. 1 was covered under the warranty and 1 was not. It should have been but the fine print wouldn't cover it due to it being an emissions issue. So that was disappointing. I dont know if I would ever go back but the experience of shopping was ok.

The washer issues was fixed and covered under the warranty. Sadly the other issue should have been covered but they got me with the fine print. They said since it was an emissions issue it wasn't covered but still charged me for the diagnostic. This should have been checked and disclosed to me prior to the car being purchased. But as far as service goes they were nice and did a decent job.
